Astrology for November 28 - December 4 2024

New Moon in Sagittarius, New Future Trajectories

ree

Its a really fuzzy time, lots of questions, not a lot of clear answers. Things that appear to be clear will look very different in late December. If you are trying to figure it all out right now, making hard and fast commitments/choices so it can be 'all figured out' aint it. Thank you Mercury retrograde, but also Mars, planet of getting shit done is moving so slowly now, fixing to go retrograde next week. The planets are signaling a lot of inner work/research vs. action and execution.

On November 27-28, Venus in Capricorn squares Chiron in Aries at 19º.

There is something that needs to be addressed in relationship matters that directly link to where we are each uniquely at in our own healing journeys. All matters of Venus are on the table, and in Capricorn, this will confront us with if we are truly aligned with our own core values in the way we relate to others. In our one-on-one relations, we will be met with some type of conflict, argument, or miscommunication (remember, Mercury just stationed retrograde on November 25) that points to our own healing work. Healing patterns around where we are not living in our own truth and integrity. Listen on a deeper level today.

The new Moon arrives on November 30-December 1, when it meets the Sun at 9º of Sagittarius. This is a new beginning when it comes to our beliefs. How have the recent events changed our thinking, our interests, our mental approach? The new Moon asks us all to reflect on our answers, and suggests that we update them. Chiron is involved in a trine with this lunation. There is progress in our healing that can be realized through these deep reflections. Saturn in Pisces is square this new Moon. We may need to take a hard look at how to adjust our relationship to boundaries, escapism, our physical and energetic health when we choose activities that do not align with our updated beliefs. The new Moon is notoriously known for planting seeds and intentions of what we would like to see manifest in our future. This is a good new Moon for planting intentions of big picture, long term ideas, not great for figuring out every detail, and Saturn will likely bring some barricades, challenging us to discern how bad we really want what we think we want. With a trine to Mars, this may be a time where we are expanding the ability to resonate with the feeling of what we truly desire, or the right path ahead. Reflect. Imagine. Expand the vision. Connect with desires at a new depth and with a much wider lens. Be open to your findings.

On December 2, Venus in Capricorn forms a trine to Uranus retrograde in Taurus at 24º. This can be unexpected money, or a project, resource, or material that you need that shows up out of nowhere, flowing easily. In relationships, this could be a welcome change in a dynamic. A partner being unexpectedly open, available. Suddenly meeting someone new and different. More open to experimentation. A wandering eye for material pursuits with long term qualities.

On December 4 the Sun in Sagittarius makes a square to Saturn in Pisces at 13º. A challenge in identity, or a block to being able to express the self in some way. Sun in Sagittarius wants to go to the party, explore the outlands, start the quest, do the thing, enjoy the ride, but Saturn is quick with the nope. Is it escapism or is it exploring? The same day, Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius makes an opposition to Jupiter retrograde in Gemini at 16º. What are you really about? Are you really as open to new belief systems and new opportunities as you think you are? Conveying this to others can be challenged. Details in conversations can be misconstrued. Also on the same day, Venus in Capricorn makes a sextile to Neptune retrograde at 27º Pisces. (Remember Venus is also separating from its trine to Uranus retrograde in Taurus.) The day has a dreamy, fuzzy touch with this signature. The white rabbit can be really enticing. This encourages imagination. Some golden nuggets here in the dream realms that point the way. Unexpected findings when you follow the flow. Stay open to what you don’t know.
