Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo 12º

On February 27, Mars in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus at 27º. Expect turbulence today. When Mars and Uranus connect through this aspect it usually brings disruptions. Long awaited changes can erupt in unexpected ways. If you have a bone to pick with someone, this wouldn’t be the best day to initiate, but then again, wildcards sometimes do land in our favor. Manage impulsivity and calculate the risk. Mars, the planet of action in the sign of Aquarius wants innovation, and Uranus in the sign of Taurus aims all that momentum and possibility for change towards the physical realm (think land, buildings, structures, the body, physical resources, etc.) Anything standing on a weak foundation is likely to breakdown. Tempers are easily challenged. Despite the potential for volatility and instability, look for the breakthroughs. Let change work its magic, even if its a bumpy ride. These planets are squaring through fixed signs, so expect that a necessary change is coming to an area of life that we would prefer not to alter. Where are you holding on still? or too tightly? …That’s where this is likely to go down. 

Also on February 27, Mercury retrograde conjuncts Venus in Pisces at 22º and we are faced with some form of a review in matters of the heart. Could it be that we are holding onto a past love, lover, or romantic ideal? The potential of a relationship? A value that no longer resonates? Whatever comes back around today to push your buttons, try to look below the exchange. What is underneath the surface advances, apologies, low-effort attempts, promises, love-bombing, etc? What memory resurfaces but hits different this time around? Pisces is a sign of release and dissolution, but also a sign that blurs boundaries. Reminders about why the past should remain in the past, no matter the glow or nostalgia are prominent. Not all glitter is gold as they say. What’s that shit actually made of? 

On March 2, Mars enters Pisces until April 9, joining the massive stellium, aka party of planets, in Pisces. During this period of time our actions are more inclined to include spirituality, empathy, intuition, sensitivity, and the flow of creative inspirations. This puts major momentum behind art, music, and all things that connect one with the divine. This placement is more relaxed in its action style. We can procrastinate more easily and prefer to “go with the flow” when it comes to moving on a task. Mars in Pisces makes moves off of very literal ‘vibes’ and intuitive hits. This can be a relief for those living with busy schedules and frustrating for those that rely heavily on calendars, linear thinking, and logic. Whatever camp you consider yourself to belong to, this is an important time to tune into what your feelings are doing. How are they motivating your actions? Are we leaning on escapism and fantasy to avoid an experience? Or are we present, allowing for a healthy dose of idealism to inspire us and still handling business? I’m not judging you, that’s between you and God. 

It’s over-over. March 3 brings the full Moon lunar eclipse in Virgo at 12º. This is a major completion point. This eclipse occurs very close to the South Node in Virgo at 9º,  a mathematical point that represents the past, past karma, past lives, etc. The places we’ve been and experiences we’ve had. The energy here is heavy on release. Heavy on endings. A clear cut on that was then and this is now. The loose ends are finally tied up. Where are you no longer able to ignore the details? Check what area of your chart is ruled by Virgo to find out what needs to go. These endings will take at least 6 months to fully integrate. Do yourself a favor and prioritize rest. This time can be physically and energetically exhausting with so much processing required in both inner and outer world activities. Allow space for reflection, as a lot may surface now that deserves some. 

On March 5, the Sun in Pisces trines Jupiter retrograde in Cancer at 15º. Today has joy and positivity all over it. The Sun in Pisces helps us feel eager to flow creatively and intuitively, wherever those hits and feels may lead - and Jupiter in Cancer is egging us on. This is a glorious combination for optimism and enthusiasm. Expansion of higher learning through self-expression. Do something that brings you joy today. Planets or points in your own birth chart around 15º of the water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) can expect things to flow with notable ease. Perhaps coming off of the recent major release aka the lunar eclipse, we feel lighter and more confident to take a step in our new direction. Yes we can.
