What is Even Real? Mercury and Sun Join Pisces Party

On February 13, we are coming down from yesterday’s full Moon in Leo. In the post-full Moon period of in any sign, some experience an energetic hangover, but in Leo, one of the signs that represents parties, drama, and social times, this possibility for energetic hangover is exacerbated. Whether you actually partied or not, if the moon in Leo was the drama/party, the Moon next in Virgo is like the lights coming on in the club after last call. Whatever circumstances and emotions were illuminated under the light of the full Moon, now have to settle; we now have to deal with the reality.
On February 14, Mercury enters Pisces until March 3. Mercury in Pisces turns up imagination. Mercury represents our thoughts, speech, communication, as well as our sense of logic. In Pisces, we lean more creative/non-linear. We are able to dream beyond the bounds of our usual humdrum thoughts and routines. While this is beneficial for many things like making art, drafting visions, and being more open to divine inspiration, it is not so great for sticking to a plan. Mercury in Pisces can over-idealize and see potential over reality. Imagine and dream, but double check schedules and written/verbal commitments. Communicate leaving room for flexibility, we all will need it.
On February 15, the Moon will conjunct the South Node in Virgo and oppose the North Node and Neptune in Pisces at 27-28º. I don’t usually include lunar transits beyond the new or full Moons since the Moon travels so fast, but I want to note here that today may feel extra dreamy and ethereal, or rather, the juxtaposition between the real/mundane and the dream/spiritual realms may be very loud. When the Moon meets the South Node, we have the opportunity to review something from the past and are prompted to release it.
On February 16, the Moon in Libra will oppose Chiron in Aries at 20º while in a separating square from Mars retrograde in Cancer at 17º. The thing we are reviewing for release may be tied here to a deeper story, a core wound around how we have or have not stood up for ourselves, our desires, and our needs in a relationships. The Moon may have us reviewing a piece of this story today.
On February 18, the Sun enters Pisces until March 20. The Pisces party is poppin’ y'all. We have the Sun, Mercury, Saturn, North Node, and Neptune (the ruler of Pisces) all in Pisces now. The Sun is the grand spotlight at the party, shinning a light on whatever house Pisces occupies in our own individual charts. The themes of that house will be really loud now. In general and for the collective, this amount of Pisces energy is really unfortunate for trying to get any work done. We are prone to daydreaming, night dreaming, wanting romance, flirtation, playfulness, good music, nature days, etc. In this energy, no matter your climate, the soul of Springtime is whispering that she is near. Pisces rules the ether, the spiritual realms, and this is an insanely strong time for divine insight, intuitive hits, prophetic dreams, and all mediums of beyond the veil of physical existence. Be very careful with consciousness-altering substances, particularly alcohol, at this time. Treat water with care and affinity. Drink a lot of it. Prayer and meditation can be pivotal at this time. We are being asked to choose between past patterns of addiction to fear and escapism or connecting to our highest timelines. In this season, so much of our futures are stirring in the primordial cauldron, not yet formed or decided for. We are deciding with our choices now. Choose wisely. Eclipse season is around the corner. All is not as it seems on the surface.
